The trademarks and service marks on this site are the property of Jiransoft and its suppliers and partners. You may not use them without Jiransoft prior written consent. Jiransoft may withdraw such approval at any time in its sole discretion, with or without cause.
Only you may use your free trial account or pay for more functions. You must keep your application on your device and data confidential and not authorize any third party to access or use the Product on your behalf, unless Jiransoft provides an approved mechanism for such use. You must contact us right away if you suspect misuse of your account or any security breach in the Service. You are responsible for all activities that take place with your account. Jiransoft will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any unauthorized use of your accounts.
If a third party such as an employer, or a school gave you your account, that party has rights to your account and may: manage your account, reset your password, or suspend or cancel your account; view your account’s usage and profile data, including how and when your account is used; and read or store content in your account. If you are an individual registered user of the Service, and the domain of the primary email address associated with your account is owned by an organization and was assigned to you as an employee, contractor or member of such organization, and that organization wishes to establishes a commercial relationship with us and add your account to such relationship, then, if you do not change the email address associated with your account, your account may become subject to the commercial relationship between Jiransoft and such organization and controlled by such organization.

JIRANSOFT may charge fees at any time, including changing from a free service to a paid service and for the Service previously offered free of charge: provided, but, that JIRANSOFT will provide You with notice in advance. You will be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by JIRANSOFT in connection with activities if there are any controversial issues by You.



The Service may be used for internal or external business or consumer purpose only. You will not reproduce, resell, or distribute the Service or any reports or data generated by the Service for any purpose unless You have the permission to do so under a separate agreement with JIRANSOFT. You will not offer or able to use the Service to any third parties without permission. You shall not engage in any activity or utilize the Service in any manner that may cause damage, overburden, impair or otherwise interfere with the Service, or any servers or networks connected to the Service or any other products associated with JIRANSOFT.



You may not be allowed to post, modify or reproduce in any way copyrighted material, trademarks, rights of publicity without obtaining prior written consents of Jiransoft. JIRANSOFT may deny access to certain products for protecting its copyright. Unless JIRANSOFT may allow You to access to the Service, your access may be recognized as an infringement.



Utilization of JIRANSOFT is subject to its Privacy Policy, a link located at the footer on JIRANSOFT’s website, and which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. You may also agree that JIRANSOFT may contact You via e-mail or otherwise with information relevant to your use of the Service, regardless of whether You have opted out of receiving notices. If You download JIRANSOFT, you also agree to have your name and/or email address listed in the header of certain communications by JIRANSOFT.



All transactions using JIRANSOFT’s services are between the transacting parties only. The Services may contain features and functionalities linking you or providing you with certain functionality and access to third party content, including web sites, directories, servers, networks, systems, information and databases, applications, software, programs, products or services, and the Internet as a whole; you acknowledge that Jiransoft are not responsible for such content or services. The software and associated materials are provided “as is” and “with all faults” without warranty of any kind and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort is with you, the end user. There is no warranty against interference with your enjoyment or against infringement with respect to the software and associated materials. There is no warranty that the software or the associated materials will fulfill any of your particular purposes or needs. There is no implied warranty of benefit for the ordinary purposes to which such software or associated materials are used. There is no warranty, representation or guarantee that the software will continuously operate or be error free or that any problems will be corrected. Should the software or any of its components prove defective or inadequate in any respect, you (and not Jiransoft or its affiliates or representatives) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction. Further, Jiransoft does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use of, or the results of the use of the software either in terms of its ability to deter unauthorized access, its compatibility with hardware or other software, its reliability or otherwise; and you rely on the software and its performance solely at your own risk. Any and all other representations and warranties including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness of the product for a particular use or purpose, quality, course of dealings, usage of trade, inaccuracy in content caused by Jiransoft’ failure to perform with reasonable care, quiet enjoyment or non-infringement are hereby expressly disclaimed.
Jiransoft shall not, nor shall any of its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, distributors, franchisees or employees, be responsible for the installation, operation or maintenance of equipment, software or other services or products not provided by Jiransoft or its affiliates. No advice or information given by Jiransoft, its affiliates or its contractors or their respective employees shall create a warranty. Neither Jiransoft nor its affiliates, nor its network provider, warrant that the service will be transmitted error free, or that any information, software or other material accessible on the internet is free of viruses, worms, trojan horses or other harmful components. You assume sole responsibility and all risk for your and any authorized user’ and any unrelated party’s use of the software and the internet. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services and other information, and the quality and merchantability of all merchandise provided over the internet.
Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to obligate Jiransoft to maintain and support the software and associated materials during the term of this agreement.



You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions; you further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Jiransoft which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between you and Jiransoft relating to the subject matter of this agreement. Jiransoft created the Software and the Associated Materials exclusively with private funds. All Jiransoft products and accompanying written materials are provided with RESTRICTED AND LIMITED RIGHTS.
